Our client in Alpharetta, GA is hiring for a Sales and Use Tax Compliance Specialist.This is a hybrid role. Join a fast-paced team supporting sales and use tax compliance services. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance processes including registrations, e-file credentials, and system setups.
- Translate and import client tax data into compliance software for timely submissions.
- Handle monthly invoicing, cash requests, and payments to jurisdictions.
- Oversee preparation and filing of returns in alignment with tax deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in indirect taxes including Sales & Use Tax.
- Strong Excel and familiarity with multiple tax software platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot transactional data and meet strict deadlines.
