Our client in Vinings is looking for an temp-to-perm Entry Level Accountants Receivable Specialist to join their team! This is a position that will work with large customers, reconciling very large amounts of data and transactions on a daily basis. This is an important and highly visible position with growth opportunity working for an international organization! Ideally, this person will have either prior experience with account reconciliations, or an entry level graduate looking to get a foot in the door with a great company.
Responsibilities:
- Research, correct, and apply all cash receipts to the appropriate invoices.
- Prepare all monthly reconciliations for accounts receivable accounts.
- Ensure timely billing and collection of assigned receivables.Prepare monthly journal entries.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred, or relevant general accounting experience required
- Preferred experience with SAP or other ERP Strong Excel skills including Pivot tables and V lookup Ability to read and interpret legal contracts
