The Role: We’re on the hunt for an experienced Business Account Executives (BAE) who lives for the thrill of the hunt. This isn’t just any sales job – we need someone who can talk the talk, walk the walk, and close the deal with everyone from C-level executives to IT pros. If you’ve got at least 2 years of proven experience as a sales hunter, this is your time to shine!

- Hunt for leads: Identify prospects, cold call, and build relationships that last.
- Be a trusted advisor: Help commercial tenants, property owners, and brokers realize why 5x5 Telecom is their top choice.
- Hit those numbers: Smash your quarterly and annual sales targets like a champ and earn great incentives along the way.
- Own the process: From proposals to product demos, you’re the go-to for getting deals done.
- Drive New Business Growth: Generate and close new accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory-based prospecting. Identify businesses that require high-performance, secure, and scalable telecom solutions.
- Solution-Based Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored packages across fiber connectivity, voice communication, and managed IT support. Demonstrate how 5x5 services solve pain points like bandwidth limitations, unreliable phone systems, and lack of internal IT support.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM, documenting all outreach, discovery calls, proposals, and deal statuses. Deliver consistent updates to leadership and ensure clear forecasting.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operation, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest trends in fiber networks, VoIP technologies, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. Sharpen your skills through sales training and peer-to-peer practice.
- Sales DNA: A successful ISP sales background, with a love for building new customer accounts. We want to see 2 years of a solid track record (please present at 1st meeting), meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Telecom know-how: You speak fluent telecom and Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Independent streak: You can thrive working on your own and love the hustle.
- Super communicator: Whether on the phone or in writing, you’ve got the gift of gab.
- Tech-savvy: Comfort with SaaS tools to manage leads and track success.
