5W&Co is looking for an Account Manager to help us develop the growing list of customers and clients with whom we work. By meeting with our customers face to face and facilitating new sales, the Account Manager will retain existing business relationships, increase revenue for our clients through sales and marketing efforts, and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Consistently meet sales objectives
- Collaborate within a close-knit team to identify and develop new marketing opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed
