A technology-driven precision manufacturer is expanding its commercial team and hiring a Customer Success Manager to support a growing customer base and ensure every request is handled with care, clarity, and precision.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer requests
- Qualify inquiries, deliver quotes, and support ongoing commercial conversations
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM (new system launching early January)
- Build weekly/bi-weekly funnel and sales activity reports
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Build trust and long-term relationships with key accounts
- Bring structure, follow-through, and operational excellence to the commercial team
This role is not new-business hunting or heavy negotiation - it’s relationship-driven, execution-focused, and essential for supporting customers day-to-day.
Who You Are
- 3–10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role (5–10 ideal)
- Exceptionally organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Great communicator who can build customer trust quickly
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
- Commercially aware, sharp, and able to qualify customer needs
- Able to work on-site full-time (ITAR regulations close collaboration with production)
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments is a plus—not required
- A steady, dependable operator who thrives in a dynamic environment
