Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Production Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Production Associate plays a critical role in our production process, working with the team to ensure efficient production, packaging, and quality control of products. Key Responsibilities:
- Production Line Operation: Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
- Assembly and Packaging: Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging to ensure all meet quality specifications, and promptly report any issues.
- Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels, materials used, and finished products to ensure accurate stock records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and promptly report maintenance needs to avoid production delays.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or production environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs], stand, bend, and move for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
