Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (English/Spanish)

A growing food distribution company in the Riviera Beach / West Palm Beach area is looking for a highly organized and bilingual Logistics Coordinator to support daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments
- Schedule receiving appointments and coordinate carriers
- Follow up on purchase orders and shipment arrivals
- Ensure materials and inventory arrive on time to warehouses and storage facilities
- Coordinate multiple daily transfers between warehouse locations
- Help manage outbound shipments to FedEx and other destinations
- Support international shipments from countries such as Vietnam and China via vessel, Matson, and air shipments
- Coordinate daily inventory replenishment shipments from vendors and third-party storage facilities
- Maintain communication with vendors, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with shipping coordination, inventory movement, or carrier scheduling is a plus
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required
