Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Employment: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
- Perform basic administrative duties and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Provide compassionate and courteous customer service to clients.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – required.
- Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
