Job Summary
5TH HQ is looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support the International Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, and administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Pay: $27.00/hour
Location: Davie, FL
Employment: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Work Setting: On-site
IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED
Candidates MUST be willing and able to travel internationally to attend company trade shows and business events, approximately a couple of times per year. This is a requirement for the position, not an optional responsibility. Applicants must be able to travel outside the United States when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and administrative support to the International Sales team.
- Communicate with international customers regarding orders, pricing, products, and delivery times.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and create invoices.
- Follow up on customer requests, orders, and product samples.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Assist with international shipping and Letter of Credit documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Shipping, Manufacturing, and other departments.
- Follow up on product registrations and customer payments.
- Prepare monthly sales reports using Excel and company software.
- Assist with marketing materials and international trade shows.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Support the sales team with daily tasks and special projects.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- 2–5 years of customer service or sales support experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with order processing, invoicing, or ERP systems preferred.
- International sales or B2B customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to perform daily office and data-entry tasks.
- Ability to communicate by phone, email, and in person.
