Job Description:

Our Partner is currently seeking a skilled Welder with Spot Welding experience to join their team. The Welder position is ideal for a dedicated and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Flexibility with scheduling, including overtime and adjusted hours, may be required to meet production demands. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of welding experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel welding across a range of material thicknesses.

Requirements:

• Specific expertise in MIG, TIG, and laser welding with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in TIG welding on all metals (Stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum) in all positions.
• Familiarity with spot welder setup, including tooling selection and machine setup.
• Experience in building fixtures and performing setups for precision sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and determine quality requirements.
• Commitment to ensuring outstanding quality and optimum efficiency in all welding processes.
• Dependability and reliability in meeting production deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English communication.
