Fulfillment Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fulfillment department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse and inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all customer orders while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments (strongly preferred)

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)

• Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and SOP adherence

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order shipments

• Supervise staff and daily operations to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and internal SOPs

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods and ensure product availability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order, inventory, or shipping issues

• Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure performance aligns with company standards and budget expectations

• Review and process customer order modifications, including cancellations, substitutions, or delivery updates

• Ensure all customer orders are packed, labeled, and shipped according to company protocols and customer requirements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, safety, and quality within the fulfillment area
