Customer Service / Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a motivated new team member. This is an all encompassing position as we are a small team we all work across the entire realm of responsibilities. The responsibilities of the job include, Customer Service, to include showroom and inbound calls, Picking, Packing, Shipping of orders, Receiving of inventory, inventory counts, product ordering and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Exceptional Customer Service by providing information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Process orders via in person, phone, and website
• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Receiving and inventory control

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer and POS skills
• Knowledge of tattoo industry a plus (but not required)
• Bi-lingual a plus

Requirements:

• Must be a self starter and be able to work both alone and as part of a team
• Follow all processes
• Must be exceptionally reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment and on staircase ladders
• Must be available from 9am to 6pm daily
• Must be available to work rotating Saturdays

This position is Part Time; however, full time is available and can be offered if Earned. During part time status, 401k, and PTO is included. If Full Time status is earned and offered, full benefits apply.
