We are seeking polished, service-driven professionals to join our team as a Part-Time Package Attendant and help deliver an exceptional resident experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service. As a Package Attendant, you will play a key role in managing resident deliveries, maintaining organization within the package room, and ensuring a seamless experience for residents receiving packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and accurately log incoming resident packages and deliveries
- Notify residents of package arrivals using community management systems
- Distribute packages to residents in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure package room environment
- Track package inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Assist residents with package-related inquiries and requests
- Report discrepancies, damaged packages, or operational concerns promptly
- Support the overall resident experience by maintaining a polished and hospitality-focused presence

- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, package management software, and basic technology
- Previous hospitality, customer service, concierge, administrative, or package handling experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
