We are seeking an Associate Scientist, Lab Operations to join IQVIA’s laboratory business at Indianapolis, IN.

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will perform routine analysis and laboratory testing procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards while supporting quality initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct routine data analysis to ensure results meet expected tolerances and escalate anomalies.
Prepare buffers and solutions, and upload data analysis results to LIMS under guidance.
Support quality investigations, procedural updates, and implementation of changes.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment; notify inventory staff of supply needs.
Train and guide entry-level staff in routine procedures and onboarding.
Represent the lab team on cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders.
Participate in continuing education and support safety, quality, and 6S initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology.
6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
Proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques and understanding of GLP standards.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
Experience with automation (e.g., Tecan) and specialized equipment (e.g., LC-MS/MS); strong lab safety and infection control knowledge.
Proficiency in laboratory calculations and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and collaboration skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $41,400 - $86,100
