Duties
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking processes, and kitchen management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; oversee cash handling procedures.
- Train staff on food production, customer service, safety protocols, and operational standards to foster continuous development.
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training & development opportunities.
- Monitor budget adherence, manage food costs, and implement strategies for maximizing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices across all store functions.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and high morale.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in quick service & fast food restaurant settings or casual dining environments.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, customer interaction, and team coordination.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles including shift management and customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
