Duties
- Safely move trucks and service vehicles within the dealership lot, including parking and staging for service or delivery.
- Assist customers by providing friendly, professional guest services during vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall cleanliness.
- Support the service team by delivering parts or equipment to designated areas or external locations as needed.
- Maintain organized parking areas, ensuring proper placement of vehicles according to dealership standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions or cashiering duties related to service payments when required.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner.
- Previous experience in mainteance.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
