Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boyd, TX, for a Heavy Equipment Operator. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, including but not limited to tractors, excavators, and mulching equipment, in a safe and efficient manner. Daily tasks will include land clearing, excavation, mowing, and performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Operation, specifically with heavy machinery such as tractors and excavators
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of machinery
- Knowledge of Excavation techniques and heavy equipment used in land clearing and forestry mulching
- Familiarity with Heavy Equipment and Used Equipment applications in land management projects
- Strong work ethic and understanding of safety protocols
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in land clearing or similar industries is an asset
