Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
- Scoop ice cream accurately and efficiently to ensure consistent portion sizes and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving station, including sanitizing utensils and surfaces regularly
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide friendly checkout service
- Restock supplies such as cones, cups, napkins, and toppings to keep the station well-stocked throughout your shift
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, answer questions about flavors, and promote special offers or new products
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn about different ice cream flavors, toppings, and serving techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with energy and precision
This is a part time position , 3 Days a week , about 18 hours a week
Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday‘s 10am - 4pm .
