Raytheon Technologies is looking to fill a Administration Technician in Herndon, VA supporting a dynamic business office. This position will support analytical and digital vision, assist with data driven process improvements needed to execute review work consistently and efficiently, process incoming and outgoing mail in accordance policies and procedures, and perform other tasks including document scanning as required. The successful candidate will be required to electronically review a subset of newly processed documents as possible duplicates in the document repository; review document metadata and document images to identify potential duplications and record decisions in the system; and coordinate intra- and inter-organizational referrals. The right candidate will perform a combination of admin technician and case management tasks. Must be willing to learn and to provide process improvement ideas that will enhance the performance of the team.
Mandatory Skills
1. Must have strong attention to detail to ensure that case files are recorded and tracked accurately.
2. Must be proficient in computer utilization.
3. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and management.
4. Must have strong customer service skills to maintain effective working relationships at all customer levels as well as the ability to develop good rapport with outside liaisons.
5. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
6. Provide back-up support to other members of the team for coverage, and opening and closing as required.
7. Ability to handle multi-tasking priorities, as well as adapt to changing work requirements.
8. Must have an understanding of security requirements and follow program guidelines/procedures.
9. Willing to learn and provide process improvement solutions/ideas.
10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure coverage between 6:30 am to 5 pm.
