About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused PMO Leader to drive end-to-end program management across our rapidly growing hyperscale and AI data center platform.
This role owns end-to-end program delivery across the full lifecycle of our sites — from site selection, real estate transactions, and permitting through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness, extending to customer delivery and cloud enablement.
The PMO function will serve as the central integrator across development, construction, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery across all sites.
What You’ll Be Contributing:
Program & Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage a portfolio of multi-site data center programs (e.g., PHX, CMH, MEM, AUS, CLT)
- Build and lead the PMO organization from the ground up, including hiring, structuring, and developing a high-performing team of program managers
- Develop and track master program schedules across all sites and initiatives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and critical path items across construction, operations, and customer delivery
End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership
- Oversee coordination across:
- Site selection & real estate strategy
- Permitting, zoning, and regulatory approvals
- Design, engineering, and construction execution
- Commissioning & operational readiness
- Customer onboarding and capacity delivery
- Cloud and infrastructure deployment alignment
- Ensure seamless handoffs between development, construction, operations, and commercial teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Drive clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making frameworks
- Act as the central point of integration across:
- Construction & Engineering
- Operations / Critical Facilities
- Finance (FP&A, Treasury, capital planning)
- Legal (contracts, land transactions, permitting)
- Sales / Customer Success
- IT / Cloud Infrastructure
Front-End Process & Execution Discipline
- Build and improve front-end intake and planning processes
- Define and enforce:
- Program charters
- Scope definition standards
- Milestone gates and approvals
- Eliminate ambiguity in execution through clear action owners and timelines
Status Reporting & Executive Visibility
- Deliver weekly and monthly executive-level reporting
- Develop dashboards highlighting:
- Project status (schedule, cost, scope)
- Key risks and mitigation plans
- Capacity delivery timelines
- Capital deployment progress
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Process Improvement & PMO Development
- Establish and scale the PMO function within Operations
- Implement tools, templates, and best practices for:
- Project tracking
- Resource planning
- Communication cadence
- Drive continuous improvement in execution speed, predictability, and scalability
What Sets You Apart:
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in:
- Program / Project Management (PMO environment preferred)
- Data centers, hyperscale infrastructure, cloud, or large-scale construction
- Proven experience managing multi-site, capital-intensive projects
- Strong exposure to:
- Real estate development and site selection
- Construction and commissioning
- Operational handoff and readiness
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Deep understanding of:
- Data center development lifecycle
- Capital project management
- Cross-functional program delivery
- Experience working with tools such as:

- Scheduling and construction tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore)
