The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, hands-on PR Manager to lead communications for a portfolio of clients, primarily in healthcare and healthtech. This role blends strategy, execution, and client leadership—you’ll shape messaging, run PR programs, and serve as a trusted advisor.
What You’ll Do- Lead PR and communications for assigned client accounts
- Own client relationships, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop and execute PR strategies (annual, quarterly, and project-based)
- Manage media relations, outreach, interviews, and coverage
- Write and edit press releases, bylines, thought leadership, bios, and case studies
- Collaborate with creative, digital, social, and strategy teams
- Track results, measure impact, and report performance
- Mentor junior team members and support a strong team culture
- Stay current on healthcare, healthtech, and media trends
- 5–10 years of PR or communications experience (agency experience preferred)
- Experience with healthcare, healthtech, or regulated/mission-driven industries
- Strong writing, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
- Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
- Work with mission-driven healthcare and healthtech clients
