Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do
- Reclaim, clean, and maintain screens using an automatic screen washer.
- Inspect screens for damage, ghost images, pinholes, or remaining residue.
- Maintain equipment and inventory in the reclaim room.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Communicate with production teams to ensure timely workflow.
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work with tools, ink, chemicals, and machinery.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
