Job Description
5959 West, a luxury wedding and event venue in Orlando, is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse / Event Setup Lead to keep our venue clean, organized, and event-ready. You'll be responsible for setting up the space before events, cleaning it after, and keeping our warehouse in order. Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up the venue for events — tables, chairs, and equipment per the event layout
- Clean the venue thoroughly after each event: sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- Ensure the ballroom, restrooms, and common areas are spotless and presentation-ready
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, keeping inventory labeled and accessible
- Move, store, and maintain furniture, decor, and event equipment
- Report damaged or missing items and any needed repairs
- Assist with load-in and load-out during events
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including [evenings, weekends, and holidays]
- Reliable transportation
- Prior experience in event setup, cleaning, warehouse, or hospitality a plus (not required)
