DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Properly dispose of trash and any unused material
- Removing any items left behind in unit by previous resident
- Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Digging out basements (jackhammering, shoveling, operating a chainsaw)
- Installing egress windows
- Waterproofing basements
- Installing carbon fiber strips
- Perform other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Drivers License and valid car insurance
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 66% to 100% of time is spent on feet.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance

Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
