The 57th Fighter Group is seeking reliable, energetic team members to join our front-of-house team as Expediters/Bussers. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth service flow and ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience in our one-of-a-kind, aviation-themed restaurant. Bussers earn tips on top of their hourly wage.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist servers by running food, clearing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining table readiness.
- Keep the dining areas, floors, and service stations clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Support the kitchen and management team with communication and order accuracy.
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests to maintain a consistent flow.
- Tend to bars when needed, efficiently working as a barback.
Expectations:
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Arrive on time and prepared for each shift.
- Weekend availability required (Part-Time).
