54th St Auto Tags is a growing woman-owned auto tag, title, and notary agency in West Philadelphia looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and handling paperwork in a fast-paced environment.
No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person. High school students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to gain office experience, customer service skills, and learn the auto tag and title industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Scan, copy, and organize documents
- Verify IDs, insurance cards, and vehicle paperwork
- Prepare title and registration packets
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Contact customers regarding completed transactions
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Auto tag, title, dealership, notary, or PennDOT experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Some Saturdays may be required
