540 Volleyball Academy is expanding and launching a new location in Northern Virginia: 540 Volleyball Academy – NoVA (540 – NoVA). We’re looking for passionate, driven coaches who want to help build, shape and grow a competitive volleyball program from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a proven club model while helping establish a new standard in the Northern VA volleyball community.
Positions Available:
- Head Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
Compensation:
- Head Coaches: Up to $5,000 per season (based on experience)
- Assistant Coaches: Up to $3,500 per season (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:
- Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for teaching and developing athletes
- Commitment to practices, tournaments, and program standards
- Coaches who are excited about growing something new and being part of the foundation
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run engaging, high-level practices
- Develop athletes technically and tactically
- Manage team communication with players and families
- Collaborate with club leadership and coaching staff
- Represent 540 Volleyball Academy with professionalism and energy
