54 Restaurant & Lounge is looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. Our restaurant blends Vietnamese cuisine with a lively bar experience, featuring classic cocktails, house creations, and drinks inspired by Vietnamese flavors and ingredients.
We’re looking for someone who can handle a busy bar, create great cocktails, and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal bartender is organized, confident during high-volume service, and takes pride in both the drinks they make and the hospitality they provide.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Execute classic cocktails and house specialty drinks with consistency
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar
- Restock and manage bar inventory during shifts
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Manage Clover POS systems efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of bartending experience required
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar techniques
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 21 years or older
