Shift: We are looking for a team lead who can work evenings and Friday and Saturdays.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who wants to join our team. As a team lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and focus on customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including closing duties
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as
needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely
manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are
met
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving efficiency
and profitability
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and guidelines
- Assist in the assembly and preparation, including cooking, of pizzas, salads, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food prep area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering the phone and taking orders
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older to operate ovens
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in basic math and POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) as needed
