A well established architecture and interior design studio in NYC to hire a hands on HR Manager to lead all people operations and serve as the go-to resource across the firm.
This is a true generalist role overseeing the full employee lifecycle, benefits administration, onboarding, immigration coordination, performance reviews, compensation planning, recruiting, compliance, and day-to-day employee relations. You’ll partner closely with studio leadership on staffing strategy, team support, and helping create a professional, communicative, and positive culture as the firm continues to grow.
Background must come from an architecture or interior design environment (or similar creative studio setting). They specifically want someone who understands how design firms operate, project teams, billable hours, studio culture, and the pace of the industry.
