Director of Talent & People Experience
A leading organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Talent & People Experience to partner with senior leadership and drive the full spectrum of HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. This role will play a critical part in shaping workforce planning, culture, and people operations across a growing, fast-paced environment, including supporting new location openings and scaling teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent, organizational design, and business initiatives
- Lead full lifecycle talent management including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
- Oversee employee relations, investigations, and compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Develop and implement people strategies to optimize performance, culture, and engagement
- Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decision making
- Manage and mentor a small team (2 direct reports: Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist)
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on business goals and people initiatives
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive business-aligned HR initiatives
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong analytical capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (SHRM/SPHR) preferred
Additional Details:
- 5 days per week in-office

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
