Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative – Training Provided
529 Financial is expanding in the Whiteville area and looking for motivated, coachable individuals interested in building a career in insurance sales.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship and a proven sales process to help new representatives get started.
What You’ll Do
- Meet face-to-face with local families who have requested information about coverage
- Help clients review life insurance options based on their needs and budget
- Follow a structured sales process with ongoing coaching and support
- Manage your schedule and local territory
Compensation & Opportunity
This is a commission-based independent sales opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is based on individual production. Successful full-time representatives may earn $75,000–$105,000 annually; individual results vary and earnings are not guaranteed.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Willing and able to obtain the required insurance license before beginning client sales
- Comfortable meeting clients in person
