A well-established box manufacturing facility in Aurora, CO is looking for a Swing-Shift Picker/Order Puller to join a busy distribution team.This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and physically capable of handling labor-intensive tasks. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady work with long-term potential.
Location: Aurora, CO
Schedule: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (or until finish)
Pay rate: $20 per hour
Responsibilities:- Accurately pick and stage customer orders from inventory.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Inspect orders for accuracy and quality before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Report any damaged or missing products to supervisors.
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Skilled in operating forklifts (sit-down) and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
