The Collaboration Coordinator plays a central role in supporting cross-functional projects that merge fashion, entertainment, sports, and design. This role ensures that all moving parts, from talent communications and creative approvals to production timelines and fulfillment, flow seamlessly across internal teams, external partners, and brand collaborators. You’ll act as the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production — ensuring excellence in execution, attention to detail, and consistency with the 5280 BOND standard of innovation and cultural integrity.
Project Coordination
- Support the end-to-end management of brand collaborations, from outreach to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and milestone calendars across multiple active collaborations.
- Coordinate with designers, talent reps, licensors, and production partners to ensure deliverables are on schedule and aligned with creative briefs.
Communication & Liaison
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Draft partnership updates, recaps, and internal status reports for leadership review.
- Prepare meeting agendas, call notes, and follow-ups for key client and partner sessions.
Creative & Production Support
- Assist in preparing moodboards, presentation decks, and creative briefs.
- Track asset delivery (imagery, packaging, samples) and coordinate approvals with brand partners.
- Support photo/video shoot logistics, including talent coordination and post-production delivery.
Administrative & Reporting
- Manage documentation for contracts, NDAs, and invoices related to collaborations.
- Support team with research on emerging designers, cultural trends, and competitive partnerships.
- Contribute to post-launch recaps and performance analytics reports.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, project coordination, or creative production (agency or brand-side).
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional email and client-facing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with creative tools (Google Slides/Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma a plus).
