Dynamic entrepreneurs (a local business owner and a real estate professional) are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and organized Personal Assistant/House Manager.
The Personal Assistant/House Manager will take responsibility for handling a broad range of tasks in support of clients’ personal matters and household. Works remotely from their own home, clients’ home and other locations.
Ideal candidate provides a high degree of attention and responsiveness to the needs of the principal. Must be able to multitask and handle last minute requirements quickly, efficiently and effectively. Over time, be able to anticipate and meet clients’ needs proactively. Must be resourceful to handle any task quickly, discretely and thoroughly--no task can be too big or too small.
This position will start as a part time position but full time work is possible depending on experience and aptitude--the more tasks you are able to handle, the more work you will receive.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
· Oversee personal needs of principals and provide support for personal household.
· Purchase and stock groceries, household supplies, and other items as requested.
· Supervise and schedule home maintenance/repair work.
· Plan and coordinate events such as parties, dinners, and promotional events.
· Pay household and personal bills and prepare monthly statements relating to credit card purchases.
· Manage and schedule other household staff, such as housekeepers, landscapers, pool maintenance, and other vendors as needed.
· Light house cleaning duties such as changing linens, washing dishes, and tidying up after stocking the homes. Wash, fold and put away laundry.
· Handle dry cleaning as needed.
· Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed.
· Schedule personal appointments as requested.
· Run errands and perform tasks as needed.
· Support marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials and assisting with social media content.
· Other duties as required.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant, including House Management.
· 2 years of construction and/or property management experience.
· Professional demeanor with the ability to act with respect and courtesy in client's home.
· Experience using Excel (able to create basic formulas) and the Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
· Ability to work independently with little direction.
· Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and highly accurate.
· Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
· Ability to anticipate the next steps and quickly find solutions to problems as they arise.
· Ability to manage home A/V electronics (e.g. tv, audio, internet, cable), home security system, A/C system, etc.
· Must have Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, personal vehicle and auto insurance.
· Must be able to use personal vehicle to drive to/from locations as needed.
· Must be able to work remotely from your own home and clients’ homes as needed.
· Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds on a regular basis.
· Must be able to climb several floors with ease.
· Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.
· Must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
· Must pass a Background Check and DMV check.
· Must love dogs and be able to assist with pet care (35lb dog).
