514 Digital is hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead strategic market entry and growth initiatives across our client portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and performance, owning how our clients position, launch, and scale in competitive markets.
You will work closely with founders, internal creative teams, and performance marketers to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), craft high-impact messaging, structure pricing, and select the right distribution channels. The ideal candidate understands both strategy and execution, with prior experience in agency environments and exposure to scaling 7–8 figure brands.
GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for client brands across multiple industries
- Define ICPs using market research, data analysis, and customer insights
- Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate in crowded markets
- Design and execute product/service launch strategies
Conversion & Growth Optimization:
- Partner with CRO, design, and paid media teams to improve funnel performance
- Identify friction points across the customer journey and implement solutions
- Align messaging across landing pages, ads, email, and sales assets
Pricing & Distribution:
- Develop pricing strategies based on market positioning and competitive analysis
- Recommend and test distribution channels (paid, organic, partnerships, outbound, etc.)
- Optimize channel mix for scalable, efficient growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with branding, web, and paid media teams to ensure GTM alignment
- Translate strategy into clear briefs and execution plans
- Present strategies and performance insights to clients
- 3–6 years in GTM, growth strategy, or product marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of ICP development, positioning, and messaging
- Experience working on conversion-focused funnels and digital ecosystems
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with 7–8 figure brands
- Background in DTC, SaaS, or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with CRO tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Proven track record of successful product or brand launches
