Eyewear Sales and Receptionist
We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing team member to join our office in a fun, professional setting. This is a full-time position with approximately 32 hours per week, offering a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends or late nights, plus a half-day every Friday for a great work-life balance.
If you have strong sales skills, enjoy helping people, and know how to drive results by recommending premium products, we’ll train you on the optical side!
Work Schedule (Approximately 32 Hours/Week):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers select eyewear that fits their style, budget, and vision needs
- Drive add-on sales by highlighting lens enhancements, coatings, and accessories
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Educate customers on frame and lens features to support confident purchasing decisions
- Provide personalized, attentive service and follow up on open orders or customer concerns
- Verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims for eyewear purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Support inventory management, including restocking and communicating with vendors
- Learn to order ophthalmic lenses, edge and mount lenses, perform frame adjustments and repairs, verify finished eyewear, and help keep the optical lab organized.
- Learn and assist with basic frame adjustments, repairs, and lens verification
- Help with light front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and pretesting patients as needed
