Under the direction of the Court Administrator, the Deputy Court Administrator assists in managing the overall operations of the Court, including budget, technology, records, human resources, facilities, and community relations. This position oversees staff and case processing in traffic, civil, criminal, and probation divisions; ensures compliance with court rules, laws, and procedures; and develops and implements operational improvements. The Deputy Court Administrator also assists with budget preparation and administration, project management, and technology initiatives, serving as a liaison with Funding Unit Departments, public agencies and stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support efficient court operations and the delivery of effective judicial services.
