What You'll Be Doing Operate HMA plant equipment safely and efficiently to support production activities. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Monitor plant operations to maintain quality control standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and operational efficiency. Follow company safety protocols and environmental compliance standards. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to operate and maintain HMA plant equipment effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing work conditions. Effective communication skills to foster teamwork and coordination. Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements. Willingness to learn and enhance job-specific knowledge and skills. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
