Driller/Roof Bolter

• Operate roof bolting and drilling equipment to support safe underground quarry operations
• Install roof support systems according to mine plans, safety standards, and procedures
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Work closely with the production team to support safe, efficient material extraction
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational guidelines at all times

• Demonstrated capability to safely operate drilling and roof bolting equipment in an underground environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify equipment issues
• Ability to read and follow mine plans, procedures, and safety requirements
• Dependable team‑oriented individual with effective communication skills

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
