Batch Plant Operator

What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure consistent product quality. Coordinate material flow, inventory levels, and production schedules. Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance on plant systems. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe work practices. Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors to support efficient operations. What Are We Looking For Ability to learn and operate complex equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and consistency. Capability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions. Comfortable performing physical tasks and working in dynamic conditions. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
