What You'll Be Doing Design and implement IT/OT infrastructure solutions to enable seamless connectivity and digital transformation. Deliver Tier 3 support, resolve incidents, and maintain secure, reliable system uptime. Manage infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and vendor relationships aligned with technology roadmaps. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to drive IT/OT initiatives and improve system performance. Maintain accurate documentation and enforce hardware/software standards in server rooms. Lead and support cross-functional teams in managing systems such as VuWall, Genetec, Wyse Device Manager, ROIP, Digital radio technologies, VMware, and Active Directory. Assist with plant implementations, provide on-site support, and deploy monitoring tools for operational efficiency. What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical certifications/vocational training). Minimum 3 years of experience working in IT/OT environments delivering integrated infrastructure solutions. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and cloud services (required), with familiarity in industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA) preferred. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, ITIL practices, and enterprise-level system management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. Work Environment This role involves working in both office and industrial settings, with occasional travel to plant locations. You will collaborate with diverse teams and support critical infrastructure that drives operational efficiency and digital transformation.
