What You'll Be Doing Assist with plant operations and material handling Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Support production teams to meet operational goals Follow all safety procedures and company policies What Are We Looking For Strong focus on safety and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks Physical capability to perform labor-intensive duties Good communication and problem-solving skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
