What You'll Be Doing Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair plant equipment Inspect welds and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime What Are We Looking For Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow precise specifications Skilled in various welding techniques and use of related tools Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Capability to work independently and as part of a team Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
