What You'll Be Doing Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mobile and stationary equipment Learn to diagnose mechanical issues and perform corrective actions Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment What Are We Looking For Strong interest in mechanical systems and hands-on learning Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team Basic understanding of tools and mechanical concepts Commitment to safety and attention to detail Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
