What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate portable plant operations to ensure safe and efficient production; Mid Shift, hours 1pm - 11pm Monitor equipment performance and assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs Train and guide crew members to maintain high safety and quality standards Communicate with supervisors and support teams to meet production targets Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations What Are We Looking For Proven ability to lead teams in a production or industrial setting Strong understanding of portable plant operations and equipment functionality Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Effective communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
