What You'll Be Doing Lead and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits (i.e. RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, EPCRA, TSCA, etc.). Be the site expert in environmental compliance and company liaison during interactions with state and federal agencies. Drive a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and employee engagement. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards. Investigate incidents and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in EHS performance. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to lead and influence EHS initiatives in industrial or manufacturing settings, preferable in hazardous waste. Strong knowledge of EPA, RCRA, OSHA and other relevant safety and environmental regulations. Strong technical knowledge to prepare reports, analyze data. Skilled in conducting audits, training, and incident investigations. Effective communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach. Commitment to fostering a safe and compliant work environment. Requires 1 to 5 years experience in environmental, health, safety or engineering. Work Environment This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at a GRR, fully permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facility. Travel to various company locations may be required. The position may involve exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions.
