What You'll Be Doing Lead and support process optimization initiatives to improve plant performance and efficiency. Operate the kiln, mills, and other process equipment within state, provincial, and federal parameters for air quality standards, understanding how process changes affect plant operations with respect to the permit limits. Communicate plant requirements to on-coming shift and maintenance personnel. Coordinate with technical support on operational matters and prepare operating shift reports. Train and mentor plant personnel on process control systems and best practices Enter locate, interpret, and use various layers of information using network computers, DSC screens, remote access panels, etc. for shift reports, notifications, measurements, inventions process measures.
