What You'll Be Doing Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reviews with business leaders, including developing business and financial presentations for senior management. Build financial models with management to evaluate acquisition opportunities and provide subsequent support for post-acquisition integration of business processes. Develop strategic business plans and initiatives, including large capital expenditures. Understand key business drivers and provide management with accurate, timely, and relevant information to help influence decision making. Utilize a broad range of financial expertise by managing projects that span across a variety of financial disciplines (e.g., planning, analysis, strategy). What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. MBA and/or CPA a plus. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting with demonstrated strong analytical, business partnering and interpersonal skills. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and the use of data visualization tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems, accounting software, and reporting tools is essential. Experience with SAP is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments while effectively conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office setting with occasional travel to operational sites.
