50 Stars Staffing LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intervention Specialist to support students with diverse learning needs in a school-based setting in Findlay, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction, implement IEP goals, collaborate with school staff, and create a positive learning environment that promotes student growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and academic support to students with special education needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and parents
- Modify curriculum and instructional strategies based on student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support behavior intervention plans and classroom management strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Education regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (Mild/Moderate preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
- Ability to adapt instruction and support diverse learning styles

- Experience with inclusion and resource classroom settings
